By accessing genfy.net you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Permitted use

Genfy offers free, signup-free online generators. You may use the results (passwords, names, QR codes, text) for personal or commercial purposes, with no mandatory attribution.

Not allowed:

• Massive or automated scraping of the site without authorization.
• Reusing the site's code or copying it under another brand.
• Using Genfy to generate illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing content.

3. No warranties

Genfy is provided "as is". We don't guarantee results are suitable for every use. For example: a generated password is statistically strong, but final security depends on the context (length required by the system, secure storage, etc.). Brand name ideas may already be registered: check availability before using them.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the generated results.

5. Intellectual property

The design, the "Genfy" brand and the site's code are owned by their authors. The generated outputs (lorem ipsum text, passwords, name lists) are not copyrighted by their generative nature, and you may use them freely.

6. Advertising

The site is sustained by third-party advertising (Google AdSense). Products and services advertised are not endorsed by Genfy.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The last update date is at the top.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable to the user's place of residence.
